We held out all hope for the kids to be asleep when we arrived home from the Dian's. It was difficult to tell. Miles was certainly awake. Singing along with the Beatles. His rendition of "When I'm 64" is too cute. But Claire, we thought was sound asleep. Quiet as a mouse with her Hello Kitty sunglasses on. Strange visual I know but really adorable and hilarious.
We were at the stoplight right by our house when all of the sudden we hear, "RED! NOW GREEN!! GO FAST!!!" Yep. She duped us.
It's 10 PM and she is still awake crying like a lunatic. And we have to get up and at em really early tomorrow for our hike in Duluth. Should be fun.
*note the sarcasm*
