A quiet morning

Both kids were in school today.

I was able to run some errands alone.

I was able to stroll through a bookstore alone.

I was able to get a coffee alone.

I was able to drink said coffee, read a book, while waiting for the kids, in my car, alone.

I was able to spend 2 1/2 hours doing nothing kid related, and everything I wanted to do alone.

I like Wednesdays. They make me a better mom.
